Announcement of New CEO & Executive Chairman
Authentic Venture Sdn Bhd’s Board of Directors announces the appointment of Mrs Khairun Nisa Aziz as Chief Executive Officer from January 3, 2022. Chief Operating Officer since January 2011, Mrs Khairun Nisa Aziz takes over the position from Mr Ir Aziz Ismail, who has been CEO since 2002. Mr Ir Aziz Ismail has been appointed as the new Executive Chairman.
Mrs Khairun Nisa Aziz worked as COO of Authentic Venture Sdn Bhd for 11 years. She has been instrumental in driving the significant improvement and growth of OfficeCentral, which is the flagship product for the company. She managed the company’s day to day operations and management. She had three Head of Departments and one General Manager reporting to her.

Mrs Khairun Nisa Aziz is a graduate of Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey, USA in 2009.
